She's seated on a park bench in a navy blue dress with white ruffled lace collar and cuffs, a red polka-dot necktie, gold brooch, black hat adorned with a burgundy rose, tan stockings, black buckle shoes, and a red handbag clutched in her lap beside a "KEEP CRUNKLEVILLE CLEAN & GREEN" sign and a little blue bird.
